And, today, is cancer-free!!!March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month· Excluding skin cancers, colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women in the United States. Although the rate of people being diagnosed with this type of cancer has dropped overall since the mid-1980s, it is worth noting that younger adults have seen a higher incidence of diagnosis since the mid-1990s.
