00:00 So this morning, got up because I was interested in just doing a little research uh on our state legislature, legislators who are running for reelection. In fact, I was doing some research on all of the races for our House of Representatives here in South Carolina. So I was, so I downloaded all of the voter information, the candidate tracker over at SC Votes. 00:29 downloaded that into a spreadsheet and I decided to put which candidates, excuse me, which candidates were red, good solid red, which candidates were purple, and which candidates were blue. As with everybody that I could get with their freedom index and ah I got through 20 of them this morning while I was drinking my coffee that I made myself. 00:59 And I was shocked. I really was shocked. 01:05 I got through 20 of them. 20 of these folks in the House of Representatives as I was cross-referencing them, their opponents, and their Freedom Index score. So I put it on a spreadsheet. 01:23 And like I said, I was shocked. I got through 20 of them. And of that 20. 01:31 And I used, I'll be honest with you, I used a pretty lax. 01:39 criteria for red, purple, and blue. Republican, iffy, Democrat. And these are all Republicans. 01:52 I said anybody with a Freedom Index score of 50 % or higher was red. If you were in the 40s, 40 % index score, you were purple. And if you were 30 or below, you were obviously a Rhino Democrat. All right, now I understand. I might go back and change that. 02:19 I might make that purple category a little bit bigger, maybe go up to about 55 or so, maybe even 60. But if I did that, I'd be even more shocked and I'd be more disappointed. Because with the criteria that I used this morning, out of the 20 people that were running for office in this primary coming up, 02:45 We had seven, seven that were red. 02:52 7. 02:55 We had four that were purple and we had nine that were blue. 03:05 Bye! 03:08 It was not a good way to start the morning. Seeing things like that. 03:16 Seeing that was, I mean, was very disheartening. It really was. So as I was looking, you know, here's Bill Whitmire with a 36, he's blue. Here's Philip Bowers, you got a 40, I put him in the purple category. You got Neil Collins, 29, that's definitely blue. April Cromer, 78, she's red. You got Don Chapman, 35, blue. 03:46 Thomas Beech, 73, good solid red. John McCravey, he's at 50 right now. I might update that and put John McCravey actually in the purple category. Luke Rankin, 40, he's purple. Diane Mitchell, no Freedom Ed next score for her yet, she's a freshman, but I put her as red. You got Paul Wickenheimer, 33, that's blue. 04:17 David Martin, 33, that's blue. Rob Harris, solid red with 100 % Freedom Index score. Josiah Magnuson, red with a 91. Cal Forrest, 33. Joe White doing a great job with a 72, that's a solid red. Mike Neese, blue at 33. Brandon Newton, blue at 33. Cody Mitchell, blue at 28. Chris Wooten, blue at 29. 04:47 That was so disheartening for me to realize just how our House of Representatives is lacking in true conservatives. It is extremely disheartening. So then a few minutes ago I said, you know what Charlie, let's just take a little look here. Let's just take a look at the Senate. Oh, it's bad too. 05:14 Matthew Lieber, 29. Shane Massey, the guy that's holding up the redistricting bill here in South Carolina or the redistricting of South Carolina, the guy that's single-handedly holding this up, Shane Massey has a 35.
