As one of the largest animal welfare organizations in Pennsylvania , HARP has been committed to the welfare of animals, pet owners and the Greater Pittsburgh community for 150 years. With two domestic animal shelters and Wildlife Rehabilitation Center , HARP is a trusted and caring resource helping more than 21,000 animals each year through its adoption programs, veterinary medical centers, Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, pet food distribution and community support and engagement activities.
