TOPIC: Kelly O'Malley of PA Connecting Communities

PA Connecting Communities (PACC) is a 501 ©3 non-profit organization that supports thousands of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism throughout out Southwestern Pennsylvania. PACC was started in 2004 by Peggy Mannella and Arlene Bair with the mission to empower people with disabilities and provide opportunities to improve the quality of life. We currently have over 200 employees who provide direct services to people with disabilities through Home and Community Participation, Community Participation, Behavioral Supports, Occupational Therapy, Transition Services for teenagers with disabilities transitioning from school to adult life, Supportive Employment, Connecting Me Home Life Skills building, and thousands of community-based programs and events annually.
