PA Connecting Communities is a state-certified provider. We offer services to meet the diverse needs of individuals with a variety of disabilities including intellectual and autism difficulties. Our mission is to support individuals according to their needs We currently serve an estimated 3000 individuals across seven counties. We partner with over 6000 individuals, families, school districts, and other providers.
