So I was thinking about, you know, questions and all about that. And one of the things that I was thinking about was 02:55 Everybody's out there talking about doing away with the state income tax. But everybody's talking about doing away with the state income tax and have what a great way. 03:11 A great thing that would be. 03:16 And I started thinking, would that really be a great thing? Now on the surface, it sounds really good. Do away with the state income tax. But I was thinking about just how much our state legislature hates us. They really do. Our state legislature cannot stand us. And they really don't like when you keep an eye on them. 03:45 That's what they hate. 03:49 If we were to do away, now right now we've got two points of leverage against our state legislature. Number one, our vote. That's a big deal. We vote to put them in office and once they get in office now we've got another little thing that we can say, hey we pay your salary. We're the people that pay your salary and they really hate that. They can't stand it because who do they really really like? 04:20 I mean, when you look at the hierarchy of who influences our state legislature, you are way down at the bottom. They like their special interest. They like their cronies. They like the lobbyist. And they love developers. Those are the things that then those people get more attention than anybody else. So I was thinking, 04:50 if we did away with the state income tax. 04:56 they will only serve the special interest because no longer are we paying their salary. Their special interest cronies are paying their salary. So they literally have no use in hearing from you whatsoever. Your opinion would matter even less than it does now. Wait until we have no state income tax. They will really hate you then.
