Today: the City detailed its strategy to address homelessness in the winter. But, will it go far enough to meet the demand? NATHAN CIRILLO TEN YEARS ON Tasha is now joined by Peter MacKay, who served as Minister of Justice and Attorney General as well as other high profile cabinet positions under Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Phil Gurski, President and CEO of Borealis Threat and Risk Consulting and a former senior strategic terrorism analyst at CSIS. Today marks ten years since Cpl. Nathan Cirillo was gunned down in a terrorist attack in Ottawa. Our guests reflect on that tragic day and the lessons learned since.
