It is certainly something I would like to try and I found out all about it from our guest today - US masters swimmer and FINA WR holder Katie Glenn.Katie lives, swims and coaches at high altitude in the fairytale town of Vail, Colorado with the Off Piste Aquatics Masters Team.  Outdoors, all year round, in a glorious heated pool amongst snow capped mountains.What are the effects and benefits in training so far above sea level, and what happens when you come down to low or no altitude.
