An advocate of STEM education for youth and especially school-aged girls, Kinosha has served as a GEMS Organization, (Girls Excelling in Math and Science) advisor, educator and facilitator for over 15 years. On January 3, 2017, Kinosha received special recognition from United States Congresswoman, Eleanor Holmes Norton, for her dedication and work in STEM education within the District of Columbia.
