“Total Football(?) & The Pascal Pirouette”. The Newcastle Review
from Brighton Rock Podcast · host Brighton Rock
Clinical finishing at The Albion? Why, of course!!! Yes, three of the best saw off woeful Newcastle as the team made it a rare back-to-back success on Solly March Day (20 March), which also happened to be Tony Bloom’s birthday (and that of one of our guest contributors, Robin!). But was this really a rare hone win? I mean, the boys stayed overnight in a hotel before travelling to the ground together by coach. Sounds suspiciously like an away game to us! Tross, Welbs and Maups (yes, Maups!) provided the goal celebration material and Russell, Richard, Andy Knott and Raymond “The Gent” Wright the post match analysis.Stand or fall!
