Host Ricky Sacks is joined by co-host Lee McQueen and Tottenham Hotspur co-chairs Rachel Martin and Stephen Cavalier as they respond to the answers submitted by the THST to the Club’s hierachy along with a general update on everything THST related. A Supporters’ Trust is a formal, democratic, non-profit organisation run by fans for fans. The purpose of a Trust is to help fans to join together and strengthen their influence over the way their club is run, and to improve the links between their club and the community it serves. In a way, THST like a union, believing that many voices are stronger than one and that the best way to influence the club is to represent many fans, not just themselves. We also provide advice to fans who contact us on a wide variety of ticketing and safety issues. This includes providing assistance with ticketing enquiries, facilitating and mediating complaints against the club, representing fans who have been unfairly treated and, where necessary, providing access to legal counsel.
