TOTW Beer Review - Big Bottom Brewing - The Dewd Abides

I had the pleasure of stopping at Big Bottom Brewery a few weeks back.   On a road trip back from North Carolina, we came through Dillsburg Pa, and really on a whim we stopped.   WELL I AM GLAD I DID.  The place was great.  The owner took time out to talk and show me around.  We did two flights and found this absolute GEM amount the wide array of styles.   I will be the first to say Sours or Gose are among my least favorite styles of beer.  In fact among the beers we had was a seltzer, a style I absolutely hate (ITS NOT BEER).   But their seltzer was absolutely amazing as well.
