《透視大中華》：雲南咖啡走向國際舞台　學者倡擺脫廉價印象

喜愛飲咖啡的人越來越多同年輕化，不同處理方法及烘焙，咖啡的風味亦會不一樣。目前咖啡豆的產地主要來自非洲及拉丁美洲，而中國出產的咖啡豆近年亦開始在國際舞台發揮影響力。中國咖啡主要來自雲南，有當地的咖啡莊園負責人表示，受貿易戰影響，採購雲南咖啡豆的訂單增加，以往要為尋找銷路而煩惱，現在客戶會主動找上門。莊園今年的咖啡豆產量早已被訂購一空。有內地經濟學者認為，不少國貨質量好但定價低，應該包裝成品牌推銷到海內外，同時擺脫中國貨予人「廉價」的印象，定價至少可以高一成。記者王慧蓓報道。
