Touch by Angels Cafe opens in the Central Coast

The new Touch by Angels Cafe on Marsh Street offers Korean desserts and drinks not typically found in San Luis Obispo. Owner Young Won was inspired by the foods she ate growing up in Korea and wanted to bring that here. Won also runs a home for girls with disabilities, and between running both, she stays busy.
