Touch begins long before the skin makes contact. Matias explains that the universe itself is made of vibration, waves, and tiny particles of light that never really touch each other they simply interact. What we feel as touch is energy meeting energy. Our skin stores memories, emotions, and experiences, becoming a map of everything we have lived. Over time, society and religion have created fear and shame around touch, disconnecting people from their natural sense of comfort and safety. The pandemic amplified this fear, teaching the body that closeness equals danger. Healing comes from re-teaching the body through gentle self-touch, awareness, and intention. Touch is how the universe communicates with itself. When you reconnect with your body, you reconnect with life.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias De Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020 / 21.
