Sabres fans are annoyed at a 5-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins being the lasting taste for the next twenty days, as the NHL heads into the Olympic break. Despite a tough loss to the Pens, the Sabres are still in very good shape in the big picture of ending the playoff drought. The playoff odds are still north of 80%, and there is still a sizeable gap between the Sabres and the first teams out of the playoffs. Only some lessons should be taken from the loss. The Sabres need to upgrade the bottom of their blueline, as Jacob Bryson and Michael Kesselring struggled mightily.
