These go beyond what one is eating or what type of movement they're engaging in - it starts in the mind, the thoughts and beliefs you're having, the mindset you've adopted, the self awareness you've cultivated, and overall, how you're taking accountability for your change process along the way. Buckle up and get ready, Emily's here to give you some tough love!
