Dale Pumphrey has been identified as the tow truck driver who was killed this weekend after he was struck by a car while fixing a tire on the side of the freeway. A man has been charged with attempted murder after he threw a rock at a car from the Bush Street overpass over the 5 freeway in Oceanside. One of the car's occupants, a pregnant woman, is still recovering from non-life threatening injuries.
