We invited Therese and Tony to discuss the development of autonomous and electrified transports, two important areas for Scania in order to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system.We sought their insights on the present state of autonomous solutions and the latest within electrification. As well as understand what is the most exciting with their roles today and what challenges they are facing in their daily work.

The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile.
