Her efforts have helped a billion and a half people leapfrog towards personal and planetary health. For this, Peggy was awarded the Hillary Step, the "Nobel" for climate change solutionists; “Hero of the Environment” by Time magazine, and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader; CEO Magazine named her a “Top 20 Sustainability Thought Leader 2023”; The Economist called "one of the most innovative thinkers in Asia"; and press dubbed her the "Green Goddess of China".
