We also discuss the mindset one must use Instagram or any social media platform with in order to benefit from it, rather than have it keep you in a cycle of gaslighting yourself. What advice are we really getting from people we don't even know on Instagram? Some of them have no credentials or even life experience to be giving advice. It can be our greatest source of knowledge, but also one of the most dangerous.
