Summary

"Toxic Truth", is a guitar hook riff based Hard Rock instrumental. I produced this track specifically for TV licensing. It's a mix of vibes to it. The main theme guitar riff of the song is a laid back "G minor" riff with some slick half-step intervals adding some personality to it. This track is cut down the middle with an off the cuff guitar solo, which utilizes some Pitch shifting and whammy bar to create an almost "toxic" feel and vibe. The track moves through several different modes as it progresses along and in the rhythms under the solo and also prior to that in the verse riffing, I utilize a lot of what are often called "drone chords" to create a big wide open space feel. If you're not sure what "drone chords" are, the best example I can think of is Van Halen's "Poundcake" track. Lots of big open spaces.
