Pinoy music legend, Myra Ruaro, now popularly known as Skarlet Brown is the undisputed Asia's Queen of Ska that led the iconic Filipino bands, Put3ska, The Brownbeat All Stars, and the Skarlet Swing Machine.   In this episode, Skarlet gives an insider's look into the pinoy punk and rock scene in the 1990's.
