[TPL] S2E102 - "That’s Just Business".. But is it Really?

I overheard a conversation about managing people working on a corporate team, and the need to get rid of them if there were any challenges with them. "Some people may think I'm mean, but it's 'just business'" I have a visceral reaction to the concept of justifying coldness in the name of "it's just business". My whole ethos surrounds the concept of the Infinite Game. Growing people, helping them morph into what they need to be. I don’t see people as cogs in a machine. We are all part of the greater whole organism and we all grow and change to make it better. It just really upset me, and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. #corporateculture #capitalism #darwinisticcapitalism #thirdpowerlife
