One of my favorite concepts in Physics is Entropy… It is the Second Law of Thermodynamics… Any ordered isolated system will move towards chaos. And we, as humans, are an isolated system… If you are not adding energy into any area of your life, it will move to chaos. Don't exercise? (Energy into physical body) Your body will become flabby and sick (chaos). The same concept applies to all 9 areas of life balance. #entropy #negentropy #physics #thirdpowerlife
