[TPL] S2E114 - The Return of the Podcaster

After my hospital stay last week, I was physically spent and sore… I knew there was going to be a healing process for my body, and that I would be not 100% for a few weeks. What I was NOT prepared for was my emotional/mental healing process that was (and still is) needing a similar time. My message is simple. Give yourself permission to heal. You are allowed to feel some self-pity.
