[TPL] S2E126 - The Gender-Neutral Formal Salutation

After a stop at Burger King, and in my classic "over the top" greeting of "thank you sir" I realized that I was assuming the employee's gender.. And in today's world, that is not ok… So I was asking my son if there was a gender neutral formal greeting, and he said his generation doesn’t do formal… (he is 16) I asked my daughter, and she pointed me to something new!
