[TPL] S2E97 - Mind Hack: The Mind Does Not Understand Negatives

Our brains, especially the subconscious, do not understand negatives. For instance, if I tell you to NOT think about a giraffe, you are going to think of a giraffe. We need to make sure we are using positive commands. If we say "don't let me forget my keys" the command to the subconscious is: "forget keys". Instead use "help me remember my keys".
