TPOE 131: Pillow Queens
from The Point of Everything Hosted by The Point Of Everything
Pillow Queens (Cathy, Pamela, Rachel and Sarah) are one of my favourite bands of recent years so I was delighted to talk to them on the eve of their UK/EU tour supporting Soak. They talk about tour prep, not forming on a basketball court, how 'Gay Girls', one of the songs of the decade, came about, and what's next for the four piece. Pillow Queens Irish tour dates: May 28 - Live at St Luke’s, Cork* May 29 - Dolan’s, Limerick* May 30 - Button Factory, Dublin* May 31 - The Glassworks Derry* June 1 - Vantastival, Drogheda June 2 - K-Fest, Kerry June 3 - Forbidden Fruit, Dublin June 21-23 - Body & Soul Festival, Westmeath June 29 - Mother Pride Block Party, Dublin August 1-3 - All Together Now Festival, Waterford * supporting Soak
