TPOE 223: Eoin Dolan
from The Point of Everything Hosted by The Point Of Everything
Galway singer-songwriter Eoin Dolan released his fourth original album, Mirror Liver, recently. It's a concept album, which is something he's done previously. Of second track 'Amulet of Love', he says it "tells the story of a community of early farmers who lived off the land approximately 3,000 years ago. It is a message celebrating our timeless and important relationship with the natural world." We talk about being a DIY artist and how exactly a tour gets booked, the state of the arts in Galway (and yes, the traffic), his meditation practice and spending time at a silent retreat, and go in depth on creating Mirror Liver. eoindolan.bandcamp.com Outro music: 'Amulet of Love'
