La Corte di Giustizia dell’Unione Europea il 23 Aprile 2020 si è trovata a giudicare un caso di hate speech: il noto caso Taormina. La vicenda muove dalle dichiarazioni di un avvocato italiano che durante una trasmissione radiofonica affermava che mai avrebbe assunto nel suo studio omossessuali. In questa puntata, insieme al Professor Matteo Winkler, partendo dall’analisi della pronuncia della Corte, parleremo di libertà di espressione e del principio di non discriminazione.
