Prior to Bancroft, Ms. Hunt held the position of VP of Human Resources for The Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Company for 11 years, where she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources strategy, organizational development, and culture initiatives. In all of her roles, Tracee has played an integral part in the development and execution of organizational strategy. Ms. Hunt has led in both union and non-union environments, as well as organizations with unique demographic challenges. Additionally, Ms. Hunt has worked in Human Resources in various industries, to include retail, hospital administration, manufacturing, service, and chemical.
