A new report confirms a shameful statistic: Canada’s proportion of COVID 19 deaths in long term care is double that in other Western countries. But Tracey Johnson of the Canadian Institute of health Information says the numbers point the way to preparing for a second wave. AND The pandemic has us spending much more time in the kitchen which is now the centre of most homes. It wasn’t always like that.
