Tracey: Seeding the heart

Today Tracey called in to share her experience with fear and what it takes to put yourself out into the world. Tracey speaks about fear in such poetic and vibrate way. She talks about setting intentions and seeding the heart with what it wants. Once you know what your heart wants then you can go after it with full force and tenacity. Tracey shares that we can’t work on what we don’t acknowledge so it is important to be mindful of the things that scare us but then use it to rise up and grow from.
