Send us Fan MailTraci Sparling-St Onge goes way back with me to the '80s. She has climbed over more obstacles, business and personal,  to arrive at her current place of Joy. She has risen from a survival existence with her first casualty being self-esteem.  She has overcome abuse that cumulated to life-threatening knifepoint. She admits to many bad choices. Yet, Traci's climb to her current peak of happiness was marked by her optimism with a soul that is truly beautiful. She remains one of the most generous and sharing people I know. She has learned as much from Shamans as she has health and fitness professionals. To say her journey has been rocky is being polite, to hear about the values she fixed on, her approaches to overcome and, well, her pure joy in the life she has and shares now could be transforming in itself. I think you will enjoy getting to know her, I believe her insights will enrich you then through that enrich the world a little bit more.
