Liner Notes: Chuck Berry has been hailed as the Father of Rock N Roll. The pied piper who ushered millions of teenagers into a new generation. But when Chuck left his stage presence behind, he was an entirely different person. On this track of Text, Prose & Rock N Roll, Kris speaks with Jon Brewer, whose new documentary uncovers - for the first time ever - the mysteries of Chuck Berry, and who this unique talent really was. In some way, Director Jon Brewer is the perfect person to document the life of Chuck Berry. He's no stranger to the music business, having spent decades working with David Bowie, Yes, and more before making music documentaries - the latest of which takes on the Father of Rock N Roll in a way no one else ever has. "Chuck Berry" is now available on Amazon, Apple and other platforms, as well as on DVD.
