Track 21 - On Dr Umar’s Internet?

On this weeks episode of the podcast we make our stance on racism extra clear, if we haven’t done so already. We see no space for it. Anywhere. We speak on George Floyd’s tragic murder, and the countless other BLACK LIVES that society are showing us don’t matter. We also discuss celebrity/influencer responses. Spoiler alert: we weren’t impressed. This led to us debating about looting businesses, and the power of using your voice. And how do you feel about discussing racial issues at work? Denzel’s Top Picks: Schoolboy Q - Blank Face, Giveon - The Beach, Noname - Casket Pretty. Lexus’ Top Picks: DarkoVibes - Math Set ft Mugeez, Deacon - Tomika, Pt.1, Mos Def - Climb. If you would like to discuss any of the topics raised in this episode @ or dm is at any of the given socials. As mentioned in the episode, look after yourselves as you see fit.
