Tracy Berta - Grace and Love in Caregiving

This week on The Marvelous Middle Age Podcast I’m speaking with Tracy Berta. Tracy was a guest of the podcast in Season Two, episode six.  She is a wife, mom to five children and has two grandchildren. In this episode Tracy discusses her caregiving journey with her parents, who have since passed away.  Tracy commuted frequently to provide care to her parents who lived in Illinois.   In this episode Tracy shares how her faith, family and friends supported her through her caregiving journey.  She talks about how she continues to remember her loved ones, what resources helped her during caregiving and how she included her children in caregiving during this time.
