A lot.On the cocktail side of things, today Matthew is drinking a Kiss the Boys Goodbye while Ben is drinking Five Cherries & One Cranberry. Recipes below.Kiss the Boys Goodbye1 oz Cognac or Brandy1 oz Sloe Gin1/2 oz Lemon Juice1/3 oz Rich Simple SyrupA pinch of saltEgg whiteShake all ingredients without ice. Then shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three drops of aromatic bitters on top off the foam.Five Cherries & One Cranberry 3 oz High proof bourbon1/2 oz Amaretto3 dashes Angostura bitters1 Orange peel5 Brandied cherries1 Dried cranberryCombine the bourbon, Amaretto and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir to desired dilution. Strain into a rocks glass with a single large chunk of ice. Express the oils from the orange peel over the glass and drop the peel into the glass. Place cherries and cranberry on a long cocktail pick and place in the glass.#doitforwilson
