Tradies say cycleways are adding to job costs

A Wellington plumber says he's been forced to charge up to 30 percent more if clients live on streets with cycle ways and no parking or bad access. Some tradies say they think twice about accepting a job on the troublesome streets because it is so inconvenient and adds so much more to the job. Field correspondent Charlotte Cook reports.
