If you have ever had to clean up after a big dinner party, you know there are two ways to deal with a Hot dish that has burnt cheese onto the sides.The first way is sheer brute force. You sweat, your muscles ache, and you might even scratch the dish, but you force it clean.But there is a second, much better way.
