Zoey Gong is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) chef, food therapist, and healer. Zoey grew up in Shanghai and moved to the US with her family when she was 16. Today, she lives in Brooklyn, New York, and travels across the country cooking and hosting fabulous dinners, including 10-course mushroom feasts and mid-autumn full-moon tastings.
