In a horrific massacre outside Billings, Montana, 44-year-old Alan Smith allegedly killed eight of his relatives—including four children—during a family dinner, before taking his own life. The attack erupted Sunday evening as gunshots rang out from the backyard, followed by flames that engulfed the home. Among the victims was a 90-something great-grandmother and a 7-year-old girl; 12-year-old Charlotte Ghekiere bravely called 911 from inside, trying to save her family. The suspect had been living with his parents before being asked to leave weeks prior.
