A deadly head-on collision on Tower Isle’s main road in St. Mary Sunday night left one man dead and several others injured. A Honda CR-V heading from Port Maria to Ocho Rios collided with a Toyota Succeed coming the opposite way near Columbus Avenue. The 30-year-old Toyota driver, whose name hasn’t been released as police search for his wife, was trapped and pronounced dead at the scene. His two children were also hurt and hospitalized. The Honda’s driver and passenger sustained injuries. Police are investigating the cause of the crash, with Superintendent Anthony Wallace confirming details are still being pieced together.
