Tragic Magic with Regan Caruthers
from Mentorship Mondays with Michelle and Maren · host Michelle and Maren
🚨 A loud sound intermittently interfered with our our recording! We do not know what caused it. It was a sound none of us had encountered while using electronics. Luckily, our background noise cancellation was able to remove it. However, when the sound was at it's worst our guest, Regan's sound quality is negatively impacted. If you would like to hear the sound and possibly decipher the voice, check out our video shorts. 🚨 In this episode, Michelle and Maren welcome their guest Regan Caruthers, who is a writer, spiritual teacher, and founder of the Aset Yoga Center, exploring themes of inner transformation, healing, and how to embody the energy of Divine Love. Her recently published memoir, Tragic Magic, is a testament to the power of unconditional love, forgiveness, and the discipline required to live life from an unconditionally loving heart.Beginning at the age of 3, Regan attended a school where meditation, Tai Chi, and singing devotional songs were daily practices. There, she learned that conscious, inner awareness, namely the story you tell yourself, while consciously connecting to the felt sense of unconditional love is key to creating a fulfilling life. Yet, she would reject these teachings, as a response to profound trauma, closing herself off from her clairvoyance and her access to multiple dimensions to seek perceived safety in conventional norms and corporate success. A dramatic awakening at 27 changed her path and brought her back to the wisdom teachings of her youth, igniting her lifelong pursuit for deeper truth and sustained awakening of her Divine nature. Her time as a staff member at the HeartMath Institute, and later as an executive in Silicon Valley provides her a unique set of experiences to draw upon in her message of love, forgiveness, transformation, and disciplined awakening. She understands both the challenges of high-pressure environments and the deep longing we all hold for something more meaningful. Her work reminds us that transformation isn't passive- it requires both inner revelation and disciplined action. She hopes that her writing, teaching, and podcast appearances inspire others to reclaim and remember the truth of who they are- an eternal, divine being whose purpose on Earth is to learn how to consciously embody Divine Love.Regan’s website is regancaruthers.com She can be found on IG and FB @ Regan CaruthersHer memoir can be purchased on Amazon or Barnes and NobleTragic MagicTragic Magic🌟Thank you for listening!
