There was another bankruptcy, the purchase of another, larger home, a new car, and they adopted two babies between 2012 and 2014.   During all of her financial woes, Tara established Always Hope and it appeared to be a successful, legit adoption agency… until a phone call from a woman in late 2018 changed everything.
