Trail of Hope 5K Challenge

from infinitetalkspod · host Eric Castillo

The Trail of Hope Challenge Episode! It’s a race to battle for mental health and bring awareness to suicide in our military and local communities. Everyday 17 military veterans die by suicide and many of our citizens also die by suicide on a daily basis. I say down and talked to Mr. Randy “Rousky” Villanueva about his mission to bring awareness and support for this cause as he’s also a veteran and is able to see the how mental health impacts our veterans. So listen and enjoy the episode as we discuss the importance of this challenge and mission to bring our community together and support our veterans and citizens that are suffering through suicidal ideation and mental health issues. The slogans and mission for this challenge are “Depression hates a moving target.”, and “You are not alone.” The race will symbolize many of the challenges we face and have many of the motivations we need to help one another during tough times!Remember we are not a brand we are a community. We are a Frequency! Dial 988 if you’re in need of talking to someone who can support and listen to you. Remember, you are not alone.
