In this short introduction, I give an introduction to myself as well as the type of content I'm going to be talking about in my podcast. I share about the important things I want you to know and what my goals are with my content as well. My name is Ashley Stuart. I've been sharing content about what it's like living with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) and migraines for a few years now on YouTube and I'm hoping to make it easier for you to listen on-the-go with having my episodes available via podcast. We all have busy lives and sometimes sitting down to watch a lengthy video is just not possible. For those of you who prefer audio, I hope this helps give you another way to enjoy my content.
