My name is Jason Haugen –A few years ago I decided to scale my business to multiple states while growing my team.  During my years in business I have come to find that culture is a very overused word. I believe most people do not know what culture really means. Building a team with culture is very important in business but also in many areas of life. This is how Culture Camp came about.Fast forward a few years and I have businesses and locations spread across the United States with over 200 employees doing over $100m in business per year.Welcome to the Culture Camp where we are going to talk about all things culture in business and life. We will also have motivation and self-development. We have an amazing line-up of guests including athletes such as Jim McMahon, entrepreneurs like Keaton Hoskins and Rob Bailey, and CEOs like the ex-president of Winnebago, Scott Degnan, and former Miss Olympia, Dana Linn  Bailey. We will also have a special episode every Wednesday with me and other featured guests to get you over that midweek hump. If you are someone who is trying to build a team in business or in other areas of life this show is for you.Like and subscribe to this podcast on whatever platform you are using.
