Since the global pandemic happened, I’ve been unpacking and unlearning a lot of the harm that “hustle culture” and “toxic-positivity” have caused me. I want to help you break up with hustle culture, step outside of toxic-positivity and reconnect with the things you actually want to be doing. Follow along with me as we learn how to be kind and compassionate towards ourselves and approach our daily life with non-judgement and curiosity. I'll share my own experiences, conversations and interviews, tips and actionable steps you can implement right now.
